We don’t want you to get bored with the typical offerings.

Although we offer a unique set menu, we will be happy to cater to your needs provided you give us some notice. If the seasons change why can’t the menu? Our menu will change four times a year as will your appetite. We want to set ourselves apart from what you typically expect when you have a catered affair. Why have meat and potatoes when you can have a ritzy chicken stew or an herb marinated flank steak or how about chicken tetrazzini?

Ritzy Chicken Stew

Cut chicken breast cooked slowly with bite size potatoes, bell pepper in a juicy homemade tomato based sauce with oregano, parsley, and thyme. Served with Basmati rice. $10/person

Herb Marinated Flank Steak

Juicy and tender steak cooked to perfection. Marinated and tenderized. Garnished with fresh cilantro, green pepper, and seasoning. Served with Basmati rice, and red beans in a homemade sauce.$10/person

Chicken Tetrazzini

Tender chicken cooked to perfection with herbs such as Thyme, Oregano and Basil. Mixed with wide egg noodles in a creamy mushroom based sauce. Covered with Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.$10/person

All lunches come with a fresh garden salad and a homemade chocolate cake for dessert. Drinks are included. We do require lunch for 10 or more.
